![]() ![]() Before the new lounge arriving, noticed the fabric at the buttom of the sofa is so badly damged that started turning into small pieces and droping like powder. So frustrated at this point that decided there is no point arguing any further, cut our loss and purchase a new lounge. The specilaist report was clearly not independant as it did not even mention anything about bubling and only blamed the issue on lack of leather maintenance. Back to store, where we faced another delaying tactic by the manager who booked us for a vist by a "leather specilaist". By this time, leather started bubling badly. Triumpth came back denying responsibility as product was out of 12 months mandatory waranty. Back to store, and they denied any respobnsibility and told us the best they can do is to contact their supplier (Triumph Furniture) to report the issue. Read more ality leather product, which they said is not covered. The HN supplier of the leather care kit denied any responsibility and blamed it on low qu. Store passed us to the supplier of the leather kit to claim the damage. It became so obvious that we reported it faulty to the store in Aug 2020. Leather started showing signs of peelings strating from the second year. At the time, it was one of the most expensive on the shop floor and we also purchased a leathr care kit, which was claimed to cover us for 5 years for any kind of damage. Purchased a 3+1+1 leather lounge from HN Everton Park on 19 June 2017.
